Done with day one!

Hello beautiful people!

This day seemed to drag on forever, but I'm finally finished with all of my smoothies for the day. Holy cow! I have been mentally preparing myself for this, but this is really tough. 


I started out the day with a green strawberry, kiwi, banana smoothie. I included some spinach and kale with these. My wonderful mother shared this smoothie with me. It was actually a nice way to start out the day! My second smoothie was a little weird. I have had a really strange obsession with bell peppers lately, so I made a smoothie from the "Fat Sick & Nearly Dead" website. The taste was there! YUM! The texture was throw up. The website's recipe suggests it as a juice from a juice; because I have yet to get a juicer....ew 

Moving along, my third and final smoothie for the day consisted of spinach, kale, celery, romaine, banana, pears, and apples. Oh, and I make all my smoothies with chia seeds (Chia seeds have a nice amount of protein and nice other benefits) and coconut water. The rest of the day I have just maintained a high water intake. I'm going pee like crazy. 

I feel awful. I feel drained. The only thing I want to do is sleep and eat a cheeseburger. I know that this will get easier and I will begin to feel fabulous, but I just feel blah. I will continue to be strong! No matter how hard this may get, I will not give up. If I give up that means I'd have to start over at day one. I can't handle another day one! 


Doing my best to stay strong! On to day two!
